The Rise & Shine Foundation specializes in youth mentorship through a soccer program, Captain’s Camp, that helps youths excel as athletes and develop life skills. In addition, they will be branching off to a retreat in the near future.
Challenge
Create a new logo that encompasses the Foundation, Captain’s Camp, and Retreat, while keeping a rustic and friendly tone.

Solution
The main concept is the shield, which expresses the mentorship and safety the leaders provide to the youth. Inside the shield, the mountains represent the co-founder’s career background with the Whitecaps, and the sun rays represent the feeling of starting each day with a positive outlook.
